Course Fees
All fees are in Pounds Sterling. You must pay full fees at least 4 weeks before your course starts. All bank charges must be paid by the client.
There is no enrolment fee! Included in each course are the following:
- An ETC identity card and Client Orientation Pack.
- A course certificate for each course completed successfully, with at least 80% attendance.
- A final report, if requested.
- Welfare, general counselling and administration services.

These fees do not include the following optional extras:
Accommodation:
Single room host family accommodation (September – June): £90 per week.
Single room host family accommodation (July and August): £110 per week.
Twin room (September – June): £80 per week per person.
Twin room (July and August): £100 per week per person.
Twin rooms are only available for group bookings and pre-arranged pairs.
En-suite, single room host family accommodation: £165 per week.
Executive en-suite host family accommodation: £200 per week.
Executive host family accommodation includes single room accommodation with en-suite facilities, use of IT facilities and access to the internet.
Insurance: £10 per week
Door-to-door transport: £100 per week
Airport Transfers:
London Heathrow Airport: £100 pick up. £200 pick up and return.
London Gatwick Airport: £110 pick up. £220 pick up and return.
Luton Airport: £120 pick up. £240 pick up and return.
Stansted Airport: £130 pick up. £260 pick up and return.
Bournemouth Airport: £30 pick up. £60 pick up and return.
Leisure activities: eg. golf, tennis, horseriding, etc
Excursions: £95 per day trip, accompanied by the teacher
Accompanied lunches: £36 per meal
